How to order an item?
Some item or tingis will be done via mine-basis while for GOs and other merchandise orders, there will be a form to answer.

Mode of payments?
Gcash and BPI only.

How long do i have to wait for my order/s?
Normal ETA takes 3-6 weeks after the box is picked up from the korean address. In any case that there will be unforeseen events, expect some delays.

For Mercari pasabuy, shipping from Japan to PH is 2-5 days but PHL Post office takes too long to deliver the box.

Is combine shipping possible?
Yes, as long as you are willing for all your orders to arrive.

Mode of delivery?
Shopee Checkout, JRS, LBC and Same-day delivery via Mr.Speedy. Local Shipping fees will be collected once items are already onhand and ready to ship.

  1. Visit mercari.com/jp using google chrome to have an automated translation of the site.

  2. Search for the item/group/member you are looking for.

  3. Check the product description, shipping charged of the item before sending the link. I will not be responsible for damaged item/s, fake item and additional shipping charges.

Note

  • Buying here is taking a risk. Please manage your expectations.

  • Descriptions with Ok/available for immediate purchase are ok to secure under Neokyo (Fast ETA).

  • Descriptions with price is per sheet or requests for a specific item in a link, asking for price reduce, asking if how much for 1 item will be under Consol (Normal ETA) which is pricier & takes months to arrived.

  • Look for item that is “with shipping charges are already included (exhibitor’s expense)” to avoid paying additional shipping fee.

  • International shipping fee (ISF) is not yet included for those under Neokyo, avoid asking for an estimate as it depends on the weight, buyers and items included in the box.

  • Some sellers cancel secured items without further notice.

  • There is no guarantee that your item will be secured as other sellers cancel transaction for some reasons. (Ex. sold at other site, cannot be shipped, doesn’t deal with proxy site, sold the item to other buyer, refused/deleted the item & didn’t deliver the item).

Terms and Conditions

  • Be 1001% sure before placing an order and filling-out the order form.

  • Strictly no cancellation of secured order/s. A charge of 300 php per item/link will be charged.

  • Be mindful of Deadline of Payment. Mercari Pasabuy will be PAYO unless permission for extension of DOP is given. Failure to pay on or before the said DOP will be charged 100 php per day.

  • I will not be responsible for any damages and/or delays for international & local shipping.

  • No bogus buyer & Joy reservers. Do not place an order on my shop if you can’t pay on time.

  • Strictly no refunds for secured items.

  • Refunds for items that are not secured but paid under Neokyo will take atleast 2 weeks to be refunded. I will wait for your money to reflect on my account before I send the refund.

  • Please be patient and understanding, wait for my updates & constantly check the masterlist to check your item status.

Pasabuy an Item

  1. Send the link of the item you want to secure after checking the product description.

  2. I will give the quoted price for the item. Quoted price depends on the item & amount of the link and is exclusive of ISF.

  3. To secure an item, payment is needed first unless under consol which is up to 2 days reservation once item is secured. Note: This may change anytime

  4. Send the proof of payment.

  5. I will update once your item is secured or not secured, wait for my message.

  6. ISF will be collected once your item is included in the box that will be shipped out.

  7. A payment of additional 15 php for payments sent to GCash is needed for bank transfer fee as items are secured thru BPI.

Free item condition checking once item/s are onhand.

  • If transaction got cancelled I’ll inform you. You can either give another link or opt for a refund.

  • No rush purchase. I am not available 24/7 to secure items.

  5. Payment will be collected once proofs or picture of the item is sent by the seller.

  6. Updates will be given once seller shipped the item, it arrives at the KR Add and in transit to PH.

Weverse

  1. Indiciate the group & item you want to purchase.

  2. I will send the quoted all in price.

  3. All in price is inclusive of kr sf, bank fees, isf & service fee.

  4. Item will be secured only once payment has been sent.

  5. Updates will be given once seller shipped the item, it arrives at the KR Add and in transit to PH.
